The FEM 4.004 test is based on the building cooperative regulation D27 and the industrial safety regulations. The annual inspection of the devices is therefore mandatory. 

As recognized experts for industrial trucks, we are authorized to carry out this test on your forklift truck. In addition to the prescribed points, we also offer maintenance and inspection for the vehicle as part of the test.

If you wish, you will receive an individual maintenance or repair recommendation to ensure the usability of the device.

In addition to the actual construction of shelves, as an expert company we also carry out the annual shelf inspections that are required by DIN EN 15635 and §10 BetrSichV.

Through these inspections, damage to your shelving systems can be identified and repaired at an early stage. In this way, you reduce the risk of serious accidents and at the same time also reduce the costs of repairs.

We carry out the inspection during ongoing operations using visual inspections from the ground so as not to affect your operations during this time. In accordance with the DIN specifications, we check, among other things, whether protective measures, shelf components and loading are in accordance with regulations.

Your competent inspector will provide you with an inspection report in which he documents all defects found. You will then receive the official inspection sticker to prove that the inspection has been carried out. It is then advisable to arrange an appointment for the following year so that the employee who is already familiar with your company can carry out the work properly again.
