STACKER SERVICE
We are always available to you as a contact person for all matters, be it before, during or after the purchase. Depending on your wishes, this service can include the following areas:
STACKER REPAIR
We would be happy to repair your forklift. Our trained field service mechanics carry out all repairs, if possible, directly on site. This saves long transport routes and shortens the downtime of your forklift. For this purpose, our service vehicles are equipped with modern equipment and the necessary spare parts. In the vast majority of cases, your forklift truck will be operational again after the first visit from our customer service mechanic.
For larger repairs or conversions, we can rely on our perfectly equipped specialist workshop. We will be happy to provide you with a bridging device for the duration of the repair. We also transport the forklifts with our own special vehicle.
driver training
To drive forklifts and some other industrial trucks, obtaining an industrial vehicle license (also known as a “forklift license”) is mandatory. So that your employees are well equipped in this area and can handle the equipment, we offer driver training on our farm.
Here your employees can learn how to operate a wide range of devices from our range, where they will be supervised by an external trainer. The training courses can also be carried out on your own devices directly on site.

In order to offer you a quick solution to problems at any time, we are always available for you. This service is almost indispensable, especially for problems that occur outside of normal business hours or during shift work.
You can reach us at any time via our service hotline. Smaller problems can often be solved directly over the phone.
If a personal visit on site is necessary, our employee will go straight to you. The service trucks are equipped with a selection of spare parts and modern equipment so that problems can be solved immediately.
