The EP Equipment CQE 15 electric reach truck was designed for use in warehouses with narrow aisles. The device is intended for stacking and moving narrow aisle and non-standard pallets. With its powerful AC drive motor and many durable technical components, the electric forklift has a load capacity of 1,5 tons and a maximum lifting height of 3000 mm. The CQE can be controlled precisely, operated easily and moved comfortably and efficiently.

Powerful drive motor, low maintenance requirements & long-lasting components
An innovative and powerful AC drive technology ensures powerful motor performance and precise control. The gearbox and motor have been installed vertically, which significantly extends the lifespan of the EP CQE. This vertical design makes inspection and maintenance more convenient. You can access all important components by simply unscrewing two screws on the back cover. The AC motor is maintenance-free.

In general, the focus of the electric reach truck was on longevity: a low-noise, long-lasting hydraulic unit, high-quality cylinders and hoses are installed. The AMP connectors as well as robust electrical wires reduce malfunctions of the electrical components. An electric valve and an optimized heat release system support long-term operation.

Safety is a priority at the EP CQE
The aspect of security also plays an important role in the EP CQE. A hydraulic system was installed for this purpose, which prevents the mast from coming down abruptly if the hydraulic line is interrupted. An emergency stop switch protects the driver from injury. The emergency disconnect switch allows you to cut off the power to prevent accidents if the truck goes out of control. When the fork reaches its setting height, the truck automatically switches to a low speed. The parking brake prevents the truck from slipping when driving on a ramp or when the device gets out of control. The power is switched off using the electromagnetic valve, which locks automatically. The double monitored electric power steering (EPS) guarantees easy, comfortable and safe handling.

High ease of use, ergonomic work and stable design
When designing the truck, emphasis was placed on stability and ease of use. All buttons can be easily reached via the ergonomic tiller head. The foldable platform, which reliably reduces vibrations, ensures increased operating comfort. If the platform is folded, the device can be used at low speed in a small space. The control system allows you to easily correct errors. To avoid battery undervoltage, a shutdown device was installed. An operating hours counter and a battery indicator provide you with information about the battery charge status.
