Stable components ensure safety, longevity and a strong drive

A powerful motor with alternating current (AC) technology and high torque is installed in this electric pallet truck. With the help of the vertical gear, you can control the electric pallet truck comfortably and precisely. A 24-volt ZAPI transistor control allows for smooth control.

In addition, long-lasting, high-quality components were integrated: a low-noise hydraulic system as well as robust cylinders and hoses. To prevent failures, long-lasting wires and an amp connector are installed.

The lead-acid battery (24 V/230 Ah) can be charged using the external charger at any standard socket.

Low maintenance, compact design & easy to use

The pedestrian stacker was built to make service and maintenance easy. All components are arranged in a service-friendly manner and are accessible without special tools. All you have to do is loosen two screws and remove the cover to access the components. Both the steering wheel and the drive wheel can be easily replaced.

Lids and hoods were made exclusively from plastic. Compact design and side-mounted drawbar make the PS 16L TX 4600 mm FFL a versatile pedestrian stacker that can be used smoothly and in narrow aisles, while maintaining a good field of vision of the forks.
Since smart CAN bus technology has been installed, less cabling is necessary on the pedestrian truck. At the same time, this technology increases reliability while reducing maintenance costs.

Security for your employees

To ensure that the triplex mast does not lower abruptly, a safe system design was installed in the high-lift truck. If the hydraulics fail, the mast remains safely in height. Operators protect themselves from injury using an emergency button. This emergency switch cuts off the power supply immediately if the pallet truck becomes uncontrollable.

Another safety feature is the multiple lift limit protection. When the fork reaches a set height, the speed of the fork is reduced.

The pedestrian stacker also stands securely on ramps because the anti-roll rear brake prevents it from rolling away.

For even greater operator safety, the drawbar was installed on the side, improving handling and visibility.

Plexiglass protection ensures a better view of the forks and the load being transported.
