As a brand-independent company, we keep an extensive stock of used devices, which we offer thoroughly prepared. In the course of the processing, necessary adjustments and optimizations of the device can be carried out if desired. The aim is that you as a customer do not have to make any compromises when purchasing a used forklift truck.

Processing takes place in our company as follows:

Purchasing the device

The purchased device is first put through its paces in our modernly equipped workshop. We record which parts will be replaced or revised in the following steps. This check corresponds to the scope of an FEM test and major maintenance of the device.

Disassembly and thorough inspection
In order to be able to examine the device more thoroughly, large parts of it are dismantled. There are often other components that need to be replaced. At the same time, the components removed are checked and cleaned. All operating resources are drained and disposed of. The mast is also dismantled and carefully checked. If safety-related defects occur, the corresponding components will be replaced.
Cleaning

In order to give the device the right exterior to match the new interior, it is completely refurbished. Optical Quirks are corrected and the device is thoroughly cleaned.

Assembly and painting
After all relevant components have been replaced and the external preparation has been carried out, the device is completely reassembled. Removed components and the mast are attached. Last but not least, the device is repainted. The truck then looks like new.

Final check
Of course we want to offer you a defect-free product. For this reason, we carry out a strict check of all functions of the device after reprocessing. If any malfunctions occur, they will be eliminated as quickly as possible. The functions are then checked again.

Our end product is a high-quality device that can be used immediately and is quite interesting in terms of price. If you are hesitating between renting and buying, you should also consider purchasing a used forklift truck.
