Electronics repair
Modern industrial trucks are equipped with many electronic components.
Ever-increasing efficiency, improved driving comfort and extensive functionality are crucial criteria according to which new devices are developed.
Sometimes it is the electronics that cause malfunctions or even completely disable your electric vehicle. Although troubleshooting has been made much easier thanks to PC diagnostic capabilities, replacing electronic controls can be a major investment.
Sometimes it is a small defective component that disables an electronic control system worth several thousand euros. Replacing the entire control system is then the safe alternative, but an electronics repair can often save a lot of money.
We have extensive experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic controls.
We will be happy to check your defective control system after consultation and repair it if possible. We always have repaired control units for replacement in stock for common forklift models.
Battery service
A long life for your battery: The internal material and goods flows are mostly carried out by electric industrial trucks with drive batteries at their heart. These batteries do hard work every day.
Even if the maintenance requirement is low, the drive batteries should be given a minimum of attention. We are happy to carry out simple functional checks and repairs on site. This means that the effort for you is very low and ongoing operations are hardly affected.
After a period of use, a battery may lose performance or appear to be used up. We make precise statements about the remaining capacity of your battery in our own workshop using special capacity tests. In this context, it is often possible for us to regenerate your battery using a special charging process.
In any case, we recommend that you also have the corresponding charger checked as part of a battery service.
